What We Do
Everything made on the premises using locally sourced, free-range ingredients. Our chefs, baristas, and bakers put heart into every single dish.
Barista coffees, 12 loose leaf teas, dairy-free alternatives, fresh smoothies, protein shakes, milkshakes — plus wine, prosecco and beer.
Full breakfasts, fluffy pancakes, loaded sourdoughs, warm bagels, burgers, salads, wraps and daily specials — all made fresh to order.
Homemade cakes and scones baked on-site daily. Our Pantry Afternoon Tea is £22pp — a perfect treat for any occasion.

Our Story
South Street Pantry has been under Oliver Colman's ownership since 2022. A true Bishop's Stortford local — born and raised in the town — Oliver's love for the community is at the heart of everything we do.
His journey in catering began at 13 as a pot washer. Today he leads a team of expert baristas, specialist cake makers, and wonderful chefs who all share his passion for authentic, lovingly made food.
Oliver is committed to sourcing organic, free-range and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible — supporting local producers and crafting every dish with real care and integrity.
